fuel still a problem

my 88 yj 4.2 is not getting fuel. ive checked the steel fuel line that goes back to the tank. i also have checked every line between this one and the carburetor. none of them are clogged or torn. the fuel filter is new as well as the fuel pump. im about to drop the tank and look at the hoses i cant see as of now. i tried this before but the bolts on the first layer of sheet metal under the tank are impossible to take off. 3 there and all 3 wont budge. is there anything else i could check before trying the tank again? and what can i do to get these damn bolts to move?! when i blow through the gas line i dont hear any bubbling but know theres gas in it, unless it all drips out unoticed buti idk how that could happen.

Someone has stolen your gas! I have had that happen a few times over the years.

If you can blow through the line and don't hear bubbles, I would put a gallon of gas in before going farther.

You could have a broken line on top of or in the tank, but....

You should soak the bolts in a good penetrating oil a few times.

Be sure there is PLENTY of gas in the tank. Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel pump to the carb AT the carb. Disconnect the coil wire. Have someone turn the ignition switch to spin the motor and see if fuel spurts out of the line. Be sure the fuel line isn't pointing toward the disconnected coil wire. If it squirts fuel, you're good to go. If not, you have a bad pump, or an obstruction. Pretty simple.
