Different Jeff. I'm in California.

Technically, it's regardless -- or irregardless if you prefer.

Now yo can be in like Flynn.

I saw that pic in the post office the other day. If you drove a Real Jeep, we'd be seeing your pic on a milk carton ...

Can one's pic be in the post office AND on a milk carton? Hmmm ... (the things I ponder.)

What surpirses me is that so many of us live in places where offroading isn't even allowed.

Yea, but you can get to places where it IS allowed!

What surprises me is, that knowing that there are places like that, so many of us who can offroad near home do nothing to preserve that right.

I would have expected him to support seed eating

Oh, yeah! I can go to any of three National Forests, and at least two State Parks, and a Bureau of Land Mangement site in less than two hours and go wheeling in all sorts of terrain. This doesn't include the open spaces that are within a few minutes of my house where I could presumabley be rousted for driving, but in 8 years I haven't ever been approached by anybody.

I can leave my house and be on a trail in just a couple of minutes. Then, if I plan my trip well, I can be out for several hours and not hit the same stretch of dirt again.

I was noticing that the population spread of the group is largely in the East, but it looks like the wheeling spots are mostly in the West.

Sshh! You need to be quiet, about where the wheeling is. The reason the West is so much fun, is that most of the people are elsewhere.

There was decent wheeling in Massachusetts, when I lived there. Most of it was private land or old logging roads of questionable legal status, but we were young and figured what the hell. In Virginia, I got paid for what I now consider to be recreation.

Earle

You were a professional recreation supplier?

In Virginia, I got paid for what I

I knew a few girls who worked in that field before i got married.
