Real Jeepers do not race Jeeps. What's going on here?
It's probably a French thing. Who would race a Jeep in the desert when any Baja can do much better?

Why not? Give me a nicely tricked out Rubicon, you take a Dodge Viper and I'll kick your buttocks. Obviously I get to pick the course, say from Crystal Geyser to Dead Horse Point.
People having fun, which is what *real* Jeepers buy the darn things for.
