Re: CJ power steering question

Does it have a tilt column? I had excess play in the steering and had my tilt column rebuilt and it improved. There's a plastic bushing at the tilt joint that tends to wear out.

No. I was lucky, my previous CJ that did have a tilt column had zero play.
