Is this a good idea on a 95 wrangle with 5 inches of lift?
what kit would you use? bolt on or weld?

Stay away from a shackle reversal on a YJ. You'll damage your springs much easier off road. If you are looking for more flex, longer than stock shackles will help. BAD IDEA.
