wayyyyy [OT] sniffle, hack, wheeze, hoRRRRK!

So far so good this year (knock on wood). However, last year this time I manufactured a five gallon drum of that 80w gear oil. I can tell you it was no fun making that stuff. Try crawling back into a bottle of whiskey. It works for me.

I'm way overdue. Have not a had cold for a while. Cannot remember the last time I had one. Everyone at work and at home is sneezing, nose blowing and hacking up who knows what. My daughter and one of my co- workers had to stay home yesterday. I'm washing my hands alot and hoping to dodge the bullet My luck I'll get one just in time for the holidays.

That reminds me - gotta get in for that flu shot this week.

Hope you feel better SOON! Vitamin C and B complex, helps a lot. Gives your body the stuff it needs to heal itself. You prolly already knew that though.

Ok, that was too much information. Look at it this way. I just saved you from overdoing the leftover turkey.

I'm going to crawl back into a the bottle of Robitussin now.

The great thing about whisky, is that it may not work but you need to finish the bottle to give it a chance.

And of course a dram of Dalmore every now and then don't hurt any. :)

I picked up a bottle of Nikka Whiskey my last trip to Japan. It's a ten year single malt and amazingly tasty and peaty.

My favourite by far is still the Dalmore 28 Stillmans Dram. :D But I'm not about to sit down and finish off that bottle. $$$

We had a few Plague Infested Rat Bags in the office, but luckily I managed to escape with only a very mild dose that disappeared before Tksgiving so I was able to go out and play in the snow in the high country a bit.

I teach 6th graders and it amazes me that I have not missed a day in a few years. I must already have every antibody there is. Tomes

Got hit with a nasty bug a couple of days ago. Smoked a few bowls of government certified weed and all is much better. I'm lucky, I have a medical permit!
