Kitten Names

Jun 18, 2005 18 Replies

We've just adopted two stupidly cute male kittens, in need of names.

Both are naturally shy of the Derv-meister. One's white with gingery / black freckles, t'other's black with white bits.

Charlie's all for "Cuddles" and similar weany names. I thought Eric, going with the York / Viking theme, sounded cool. Maybe Obi-Wan heh.

But I'm looking for suggestions...? Preferably in pairs, hey what was Bo's mate called from the Dukes of Hazard? :)

Damn, forgot to put "OT" in the subject, my bad...

Lamb and Ghini? (So that when you are looking for one of them it would be Lamb or Ghini)

Furrari an Pursche?

In news:VoVse.19289$ snipped-for-privacy@newsfe4-win.ntli.net, Depresion decided to enlighten our sheltered souls with a rant as follows

Twas indeedy.

Best cat names I've heard were "Chainsaw" and "Grinder", which were my mates very high volume cats, and a garage in Cambridge I used to go to that specialised in Minis had one called "Issigonis"

Hehehe! Charlie said it would have been great if one were a girlie, 'cos Porsche is a girl's name...

Shelby and Cosworth....

Bus and Stop?

'cos they'll never come when you call and then two will appear together.

Enzo Furrari and Ferry Pursche?

Sarumon and Gandelf :)

Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon.

Yoda and Mace.

Or you know, summet geeky instead :D

Or, slightly more subtle Costin and Duckworth?

We had so many cats with litters once that we ran out of names.

So we named one litter after fonts (Chancery, Dingbats, that sort of thing), one litter born during the Gulf War (Scud, Patriot, Cruise), one we just couldn't think of names for (Dishwasher, Tablelamp, Credenza) and so forth.

One of my friends has cattens (not quite adult yet) called Gozer and Zuul.

The missus surprisingly come up with two car related suggestions, Jezza and Tiff or Aston and Martin

I suggest Boxster and Cayman

But one isn't stupidly ugly! :)

How about Trex and Atora both well known "cooking fats" Derek

I wanted to call our dog "Tumour" but it would work for 1 cat? I got out voted...

Luke was the name you were looking for. How about Dim and Sim?
