Amazing how Clinton was lambasted by the right for looking at polls all the time, now Bush apologists use the same tactics to excuse his actions.
Didn't it turn out that the # of votes in FL wouldn't have changed the outcome?
Nevertheless, what outcome would anyone expect with a conservative Supreme Court?
I agreem but I guess it depends on your demographic; most of the 20's and Under crowd think Rush is the fatso and listen to Eminem.. Took my 8-year old and our
17-year old (at the time) babysitter to see them at Pine Knob...er, "DTE Energy Music Theater" in Clarkston last summer, and I quote..."Dad, these guys rock!" The sitter, an avid Marshall Mathers fan (she likes Verve Pipe as well, so at least she's got some taste), was duly impressed with their discography, as she didn't know of ANY band with more than 5 albums released, and here's Rush with something like 22.At that concert, I overheard the following:
20-ish concertgoer: "They're great, dude, I saw them in '98!40-ish concertgoer: "'98?!? I saw them in '78!"
I heard about that concert while vactioning in Traverse City. Oh how I wanted to go. The Stone's live show from MSG that was on HBO last year was just unwatchable for me. While some say it's great that Mick can "still move" like that, to me it's pathetic. It's time for them to retire.
And as far as Nugent goes, he's pretty much irrelevant now, even in MI...just got to militant on the hunter's rights issue, as if hunter's rights are somehow in jeopardy in this state...'wheeling rights, that's another issue...
No. EVERY recount (even the illegal ones the gore team wanted) has George winning in FLA.
Yeah, what did I say?
Ooops! 1st cup of coffee hasn't hit eyes yet...
Hughes
Right... I wish I lived in your world. It sounds EXCITING...
All you gotta do is open your eyes....
LOL
A lot of her foreign contacts, from which she was gleaning intelligence information, will probably be eliminated or otherwise punished for their contact with her, and all her undercover work is now for naught. So much for the importance of national security, eh?
She was a NOC long before she married the guy. She didn't even tell him until after they were dating for serval months, after she had his background checked.
Man, if Clinton's white house had done this, he would have taken major sh*t for it....I guess it's OK for Bush to do it, since you know, he's not a "liberal..."
Bush is taking major s*it dumbass... besides, isn't she a desk jockey?
Hughes
Uh, oh, Matt. You'd better check that big black sedan parked across the street... :-)
Thanks to Bush's cronies, she is now...and do you think Bush is getting 1/10 of the s*it Clinton would have had...he's lucky his party is the majority in Congress...
