XJ swallowed a slide-whistle?

The last few times I have driven my '92 XJ I have noticed that as I let off the gas I will here a slight whistle sound. It kind of sounds like a kids slide whistle.. you know weeeeooooooppp. Any ideas?

Dirty throttle body butterfly or bore. A little ridge of crud is all it takes to get those singing.
