I have, as the subject suggests, a K plate 200 Tdi 110 CSW with around
110K miles on the clock. Mechaniclly sound and reasonably well looked after. The body work is fair, a few wee rust spots and some evil looking rust on the off side bulhead around the ventailtion flap. All four side doors need replaced. The underside was sealed four years ago and is in reasonable nick, but prbably wants cleaning out and sealing again.I'm quite attched to it and want to keep it, but can see that I'll need to spend a bit of cash on it soon before it really starts to rot, more to the point I have to convice my SO that it's worth the investment.
Anyone care to venture an opinion as to any or all of the following:
- it's current value
- the cost of a bodwork overhall - new doors, bulkead, seal and maybe a spray
- the value if it was in Al condition
