Might already be upgraded at factory check chasis numbers, mines 97/98 and seems to be done already
around 40 pounds from Ashcroft. A bit of a pain in the proverbial to fit though.

Do you have any idea of when they started factory modding them? Mines a '97 and finding out without dismantling the t/box would be a bonus.

and if the shaft's worn, you really need to change both, or it hardly makes much sense. which is even more of a PITA.
