And the frigging air con in the Disco has finally given up.
Buggered if I'm paying £87 to Landrover for the pipe, Any one know what these Air con pipes are made of? Can I braze repair it or better still if it's a common garden material make up a new pipe... not 100% how big the flares are in my kit but they go quite big.
What sort of pressure do these systems get up to?

Take your broken pipe to a hydraulics company - Hyphose or similar. They can usually make one while you wait. I've done this on both a Saab and a Jag that both had expensive pipes. I think the Saab pipe had unusual ends, so they reused the ends on a new pipe. Never failed after that.

The offending hole is pinholes on the corner which appears to be a weakness in the make up of the pipe. Was a git ti get off due to the vapourisers from the gas system being in just the wrong place.

Good luck. I just checked my local yellow pages and found a few hydraulic companies. Nearest one to me said bring it round. Have also been advised the same by an auto refrigeration bloke who came to gas a car once.
All bodges explored and failed, the pipe is Alloy with one end having fixed end / union the other being loose but with a odd flange and rubber o ring.
All the locals drew a blank, local specialist said If he had a £1 for each similar request he had in the last 3 weeks he'd have enough for a night on the town.
I've begrugingly ordered the Landrover pipe.... it'll cost me £87 no doubt plus vat. If I didn't have such bad hay fever in the summer and do so many miles with the caravan I'd do without. Then I'll have to get it refilled :-( Ah well, It's only money.
