Best engine oil for a low miles 4.6

Going to change it soon, what is regarded as the best for this engine with



76k on it?

Low miles Nige? 76k? That's almost worn out for a rover V8 lump...... hehehe, just kidding matey. Personally, I'd run Castrol Magnatec in it, either 10W40 or 15W40. Badger. "Rebuilding RV8 engines since they started wearing out!"

Me last one had 156k on it when i sold it, it had just had the heads done due to water leaks from front gallery of the head gasket.

The garage that did it remarked (I also saw) a total lack of wear at all, none! It goes to show, regulaqr maintenance helps.

It was the original engine too.

I'll shove a load of 15/40 then.
