OK. I ticked some boxes and put this in a suggestion box headed "land access"

------ It's popular at the moment to "knock" 4-wheel drive vehicles, and to be sure, there are a small minority of irresponsible people who use such things to vandalise the countryside. There are however many more people who practise responsible use of unsealed roads and byways (so-called "green lanes") and it would be a pity if, in the modern trend to grant access to everywhere for everyone, these users had their pastime curtailed or removed entirely. It's hardly fair to allow "right to roam" over established farmland (which is happening in some places) yet to deny the right to use established rights of way in a responsible manner.

------

I doubt it'll make much difference, though. dunno how many byways are in their area, part of Sarn Helen is.

Sarn Helen is being targetted as part of National Green Lane Day next weekend, with volunteers from GLASS and many other ROW and council groups!

Bridges are being in BBNP and Powys.
