Clicking sound in RR wheels

Slight clicking sound from front drivers wheel when turning slowly. CV joint?

If so are they hard to replace?

I had this problem, actually there were two distinctly different noises.

1) A "clacking" noise at low speed whatever the steering.... .... this was the brake pads. If I grease the pad backs to stop the squeeling they clack up and down in the calliper.

2) A "knocking" noise when the steering had significant lock on. .... this was the CV joint.

Might be worth working out which yours is before investing in expensive repairs. If it is the CV joint they are not hard to replace, just time consuming. Cheers, Sam
