DII Rear brakes

Recently had the rear discs and pads changed by local dealer. This was over 2,000 miles ago but the discs are not fully silver. The inside half of what I'd expect to be swept by the pads is bluey/rusty coloured.

Now I'd expect the pads to take a while to bed in but 2,200 miles seems long enough for that to have happened by now. Does it indicate a problem with the calipers, a pad fitting problem or something wrong with the discs? It affects both sides.

It certainly sounds as though something is not quite right. Perhaps the first step would be to ask those who fitted them what they think?
