Land Rovers and the rain!

You could be lucky, but they can leak quite effectively without any rust, leaking from the various joins including the vents. One unlikely to be thought of is along the bolts holding the hinges or brackets at the base of the windscreen - the gasket under it is very easily displaced.

It is fused, so with any luck the fuse has just gone.

It does seem to be coming from here, water was dripping from the bolt on the inside of the windscreen hinge, so how do I get in to seal it, what happens if I undo the bolt???

I'd recommend drilling a hole in the floor to let the water out. At least you know that'll let the water out. It's near impossible to fix a leaky LR, they were built as military grade seives :)

If the windscreen leaks, wear wellies - it'll land on the shin bone otherwise.

Nothing - just undo the bolts in both windscreen and bulkhead, remove hinge/bracket, taking note of how it goes together, and either replace the gasket or apply a coat each side of silicone gasket sealer - or both. Then reassemble. Probably best to have only one side undone at a time, especially if it is a soft top. JD

Mine leaked because the front vent seals had not been fitted propperly. open the vents and look at where the foam rubber seal, seals or doesnt as in my case.. I bought new seals, now no problems.
