LR comics

I've decided I would like to use my garage for strange and unusual purposes, such as parking vehicles in, and spannering on wet days. So I'm having a monster clearout of all my comics - mainly LRO with some of the others here and there, around 1997 to present. I'm putting them all on eBay. Most won't sell, I know, and I'll only get a few bob for the ones that do sell, but that's not the point. The alternative (I'm not attending any unofficials in the near future) was taking them to the council skip, and that would grieve me considerably. Criminal waste of good bog reading matter, etc.

I'm listing them one by one, a few every day. Full details of contents and condition in each listing. 160125843891 was the first, and there'll be more to come over the next days and weeks. I'm starting them at 99p, and postage is a quid, which is slightly less than cost. If I make a few pence on each, I'll be happy.

Nice thinking, I wish I had the patience to put mine on one at a time. I think I might have a ritual bonfire with most of mine. I've got LROs going back to Jan 92, but i'm keeping all those as it will give something for the young 'un to look at when she starts to learn to read! By the way, you'll have to pop up and see the workshop one day pal

Have you got Dec 2000? I have a request from a bidder for a handful, but I haven't got that one. I've put a few on to see how they go. Nothing, nada, zilch so far. The other 500 squillion won't be worth the bother, I think, and I might join your Bonfire Party.

Aye, will do. I've got a project for you!

Cheers buddy.
