Wotcher all, anyone know the bit of the NERC act that was specifically targeted at us? I'd like to nominate it for removal in the mooted draconian law purge that the new government(s) is talking about. Given that IR35 looks like it's for the chop I'm hoping to get lucky again!
Looks like section 6 of the NERC act would be a good candidate for prodding your local MP over.. Mine's a tory so probably won't get far with that, will see if there's an alternative route.
