That's one of the most annoying things people do. I would rather overtake them when it's safe to do so and leave the idiots to play with someone else behind me, but those sort usually accelerate when you do get an opportunity to overtake. I don't flash my headlights to get past, just overtake when it's safe but I'm not likely to have those sort of problems in a Series 2.D :-)
