Nope, 'fraid not. Do you chaps cart them around on the backs of recovery trucks or something? Would certainly be cheaper than the fuel bills I reckon!
As it happens I was coming back from Poole DVLA walk-in centre today, and ended up behind a camo soft-top 101FC heading north a little way outside of Poole. Good condition, appeared to be pretty original, there was even what looked like an old powder fire extinguisher fixed to the back. It could have been a grease gun I suppose but I've seen ancient powder extinguishers that looked just like that before. Tiny, good enough to put out a cigar and that's about it.
