Well, the staffing would have to be diverse and non-discriminatory, so expect a few blonde dolly-birds, plus fat blokes, gays (male and female), disabled, ethnic minorities, old people, slow learners, asylum seekers and the lot. Watch out for the hidden gatsos behind the grilles of those niqabs.
