OT: Tony (Blair) fails his MOT

Just listened to the Prime Minister - during his keynote speech at the Labour Party Conference.

He has just admitted that he doesn't have a reverse gear.

Does this mean he's failled his MOT and should be removed from the road? Is his insurance now void? Should he be scrapped, or should a repair be attempted?

How will this affect his tax?

If he were a horse, would he be destined for the knackers?
