Not too sure what firmware this router will have, however, if you telnet into it (which should be fairly secure as it's local), then have a root around the accounting options, you should be able to set access rights and times. Another possible way of doing this is to allow/deny access based on IP at certain times (assuming you've set the PeeSee up with a static private IP address, such as 192.168.0.2 or whatever) or, if you really want to f*ck them up, close certain ports altogether between 22.00 and 08.00hrs ;-)
