Just a quick question.......is it difficult to replace the cv joints in a classic RR. What are the things that I need to look out for?

Not really.
Seized caliper bolts :(
Hammer on the right sized socket, depends on the age but could be a 1/2" bi hex head?
You'll need your socket set, circlip pliers, hub nut box spanner, grease for regreasing the wheel bearings, EP90/swivel housing grease, various paper washers (and a new oil seal if you take out the inner wheel bearing for examination/cleaning/renewal), new locking tab washer. Oh, and a big (soft faced initially) hammer ;)
