Hmmm. In America that compressor is called the "York" air compressor. I purchased one at the local salvage yard for $20.00 US. Dropped another $60.00 into it and turned it into an "on-Board" air compressor capable of running a variety of air tools. Mine was off an early '80's Ford van. Ford used these compressors in many of there 70 - 80's cars. I think Porshe used them as well. I didn't know LR used them, I always thought they used the Sanden Corp.
This is basically the way I set mine up on a '83 Dodge Ramcharger with a 318 ci., 4bbl carb., 4-speed, np208 gearbox.
