I have a 96 discovery, which seems to be very healthy as far as how it drives,accelerates,idles,etc. The diesel economy seems excellent. My only issue is that it seem to be very smokey on startup and under heavy acceleration. The startup smoke is almost embarassing when in a packed underground carpark. I understand that the engine has 190000 on the clock, but has been well maintained. Do I have a problem worth fixing, or am I being overly fussy considering its age. Can I fix it easily, or is it an expensive ordeal
