Just fitted a new Weber from Paddocks, took about 15mins to strip out old one and fit, hardly required any set-up, and now the S3 starts up, idles and more importantly runs smooth as anything. Was I just lucky or should there be more set-up required, adjusting the mixture screw didn't appear to do much unless it was virtually removed or screwed in till it started stalling, there was not much difference for the first 4 turns say.
Any thoughts
