They are mangels ones, stamped 7JJx16 - 866 if that means owt to anyone? They are 8 inch wide.
Using a tape measure from Mrs H sewing kit and a copy of jungle book as a straight edge I'd say the mounting flange is 4.5 inches from the back 'face'. And thus 3.5 inch to the front edge.

Had 8-spokes on the 110 with more offset, and after playing a bit with the lock stops, it'd turn in the same length as a standard 100" thing.
