I left one of the interior lights on for several days in my ES300. After getting a jumpstart, I noticed that the moonroof didn't work unless I kept the button depressed. The one-touch feature did not work. Could that be related to the battery depletion/jumpstart cycle? How to fix this? Thanks.

sounds like you need a computer hook up to reset everything
You didn't say what year your vehicle is, but try holding the moonroof slide switch to the open position continuously. The moonroof should slide open, close, tiltup, and close. This should reactivate your one-touch open. The same procedure should be true for your auto open/close window(s).
