Peugeot 106 1.5D 97P
When switch applied wipers sometimes flick up/down, sometimes don't work at all. When ignition switched off wipers flick down.
Rear wiper and all washers work okay.
Is the wiper stalk poorly?

The message from "krystnors" contains these words:
No, but your new software is! You've posted this twice.
A previous problem I had that was similar turned out to be the fuse. Last time I posted this sort of reply it generated comments that 'it couldn't be so'. But it can be.
