Hi,
The AC does not work on my car anymore (1999 Laguna 1.8 RXE 16V). It makes a whining noise when I turn it on. The Fuse is OK. What I want to know is how do I know the AC does not need gas refilling?
Need pointers........

It's a bit new to need re-gassing - most will do 5 years before actually failing. Still, it is a Renault...
Sounds like its out of gas - may have a leak somewhere
