Thanks. My map of England doesn't show much north of Watford except for something that says "here be dragons".

Well, yes actually.

But you moved to a white town anyway...

Bradford is right next door to Edinburgh????

Can't you explain it to me, then?

If you prefer the gutter, it's your choice.

The waiting time is probably no greater than in the average UK A&E Department.

You're just too thick to do anything other than throw epithets around. Look the word up.

There's always another war that can be started somewhere else.

Who cares? If other countries can make cars better and cheaper, we'll import those.

Here's the way it works: a Big Mac is virtually identical the whole world over. If you compare the local prices of Big Macs in different countries, you get an idea of the true purchasing parity exchange rate. The last time I tried this, it gave a rate of something like £1 = $1.55.

Your economy has plenty of issues. Since you're demonstrated your ignorance of economics with your exchange rate analysis, there's not much more to be said.

I didn't think it was rocket science myself. Being at the sharp end... heh.

Did y'all that BAe Systems had an "adviser" out in the Falklands because Sea Wolf wouldn't (as standard) lock to French-IFF transponders? Thus in the field modifications were made...

The message from Art Deco contains these words:

'Cos it was very very cheap. Actually, if you go up the road to Wellington there's a large Asian population - but the house prices are too high there.

Certainly from my experience of assorted parts of SE London, Slough and Watford, it's often the case that (when you look at the less expensive areas) the "non-white" areas are a _damn_ sight more pleasant (and less downright dangerous) than the "white" ones.

The message from Adrian contains these words:

The Curse of McDeathings.

And has the best curries in the country...
