Rot Everywhere! Bottom of doors and under seals....

Check all the electrickery works too, wiggle the indicator stalk too they are known problem areas and while only thirty quid or so id rather not pay it out.

Check the front tyres aren't scrubbing off.

OOO and they use silly plastic radiator mounts that snap of for no good reason, but they can be repaired, drilled and bodged etc.

Well that's the problem with mine... S-plate.

Tin worm rot and not being "Chav'ed" into the ground.

Just buy something else.

Alot better motors about for the money.

The message from "Tim.." contains these words:

Out of interest - what small automatics would you consider good - in the sub-£1000 bracket?

Look for a Micra. Or a Mazda 323. Or a Hyundai Accent. Or even a Clio. Corsas are rubbish for all the reasons posted here plus many, many more.
