Capper walked straight through yet another MOT. And I didn't need to take it to a test centre that was lenient on old cars either...
Just sticking up two fingers to a few on here.

Conor (conor snipped-for-privacy@hotmail.com) gurgled happily, sounding much like they were saying :
Nobody's talking about "lenient".
So why doesn't he just take it to the nearest test station then?
It's a Land Rover. Hardly "unusual tech" to quote one of your own replies..
you need to understand the peculiarities of old land rovers, otherwise they would all just fail.
What needs to be understood? And what wouldn't be shown on the information the computer displays to the MOT tester?
And how can you be sure the tester will actually read what the display says?
Ian
How do you know they weren't lenient?
Ian
You have never owned an old Land Rover.
