Could do, but I'm out of the hous between 7AM and 6pm, so it would be cruel and potentially messy to leave them all day like that. Missus does similar hours, and we also have a cat.

Been there, and the scarborough one. Sorry, but Thompsons in Wetwang beats them both.
Talk to the cat then :-)
It'll never answer you back - won't respect you much either right enough...
A bit more north and a bit more east and you'll be in civilisation at that rate Steve. BTW, I quite like the one in Wetherby opposite the Total filling station.
Best wishes all, Dave.
Yeh I've heard that Howards in Knobrot is also good.
True, but it's a f*ck of a long way to go for supper when one is working at J39. Besides a little further west and a smidgen south and I'm in civilisation with me mum doing the cooking.
I'll check it out next time I'm up there... oh f*ck booked in for a month in Yorkshire starting next week.
There was no Chinese in charge when I was there last which was only 2 week back. I think we are thinking of different establishments - mines called Oasis.
I'll say. That place was the stuff of legend to my father who used to swing by there on the way home from Workshop some evenings.
Really? I drive past that every day - must investigate it's offerings soon then.
Dunno what it was about the place, they were a bit mean with fish size but the quality was astounding as were the chips. They never used driwhite, and cut chips to order. For a long time it was a hand chipper then they got automated and had an electric chip cutter.
Nice genuine Art-Deco chip range as well.
Not with my mobile phone company..every time i ring directory enquiries I seem to go straight through to Bombay or somwhere :|

I drove past it about 10 minutes ago :-)
I mean the one in Clowne. Used to be called Boughton Lane sommat or other, now The Dolphin, I think.
Is that near Worksop? ;)
Sorry, should have realised. We used to frequent Boughton Lane Fish and Chips as it was called till they changed - parents now use the one on Bolsover called Castle Chippy. OK quality, small fish though but it's a lot better than the local alternatives. IIRC it's been some years now since the Boughton Lane changed hands.

You haven't met my mother's dog.
