When i was in Poland not long ago(like many Germans going over the border (a bit like 1939?)) for fuel, ccigs etc. I was buying quite decent 200 ciggerattes for just over the price of 20 here, 1 litre good vodka for a quid 50 etc. so cheap over there, good too, im thinking of moving to E Germany, guess i wont but thinking about it.

600-700 PLN (its 100-110 pounds) per month! I don't know but i heard that in UK 100 pounds per week (not month like in PL) is normal...So I'm thinkig about living in UK, where my life won't be expensive but will be more confortable - I mustn't thinking every day "I will be fired in next day, week or when?" - that's the problem...
Well, for a start, minimum wage for a full time week is around 200 UKP per week.
However, if this sounds a lot, think of this.... petrol is around 1 UKP per litre, in most places in the UK, an average sized house will cost upwards of 150,000 UKP, cigarettes are upwards of 4 UKP a packet and a pint of beer ranges from 2 UKP to 4 UKP.
Personally, I think you'd be better staying where you are.
Normally your insurance company only provides the minimium cover when you go abroad. If you want the same cover you have in Poland you may need to ask for a "green card". This extends your normal insurance to cover you when abroad. I don't know if this applies in Poland but I know it does in other European countries like Belgium.
If all your documents are in Polish you might want to have them translated into English. I don't know many policemen who can speak Polish.

I wish you luck, but be _very_ careful who you work for. A number of agencies recruit foreign workers with promises of well paid work, but then exploit them badly. All too often, "skilled work with accomodation provided" turns out to be work in a meat packing plant. The accomodation will be a damp, cold house shared with other workers with the rent deducted from their wages. More wages will be deducted for any excuse that can be found, so the workers end up earning nothing, but trapped in a terrible job without enough money to return home.

Stop off in Belgium on the way and load up with a few crates of beer. Not too much, as you are only allowed to bring in enough for your own personal consumption (whatever that means).
I've got one of each right now. No problem unless you want to overtake on a single track road.
