Hi all,
Does anyone know if there's a way to release one of these handbrakes (on a Volvo V70) when you have no key/fob nor service gadget to access it?

Angle grinder.
If all else fails you should be able to remove the handbrake caliper bolts and just tap it off with a few smart blows with a club-hammer - and no damage should arise.
