Anyone know a place online i could get some from ? either after stainless or mild in 3 bolt pattern with 2.25" bore

I would guess you will need an accurate drawing of what you want, as there are many different sizes & styles.
For stainless, you could try P D Gough. For mild steel, I would have thought any half-decent local engineering shop could cut one from a suitable diagram.
I would hunt through the scrap at an exhaust place
Powerflow franchisees can do this.
Dinex exhausts supply these, don't know if you can get them online or not.

cheers for all the suggestions, i'm also going to try the local factors to see if they can get me anything. Ive also emailed the usual suspects to see if i get any responses
PD Gough dont stock them but will make me one for 30 quid O_o considering i need a few erm ill try elsewhere janspeeds are 10 quid each
