Ford Focus

Hi

The spring has snapped on my '51 ford focus on the front passenger side wheel - can anyone give me an idea of how much it'll cost to repair?

Thanks in advance

It was around £70 last time anyone I know paid for one.

For advice in the future, you might want to try alt.auto.ford.focus

About £100 a side and you need to do both sides. When the spring let go did it rip up the brake hose as well as they often do?

Whilst working for a company some years ago now (Marconi), around 1998'ish a few of us from work got sent on one of those 'team' building exercises up north in the lake district (aka - all expenses piss-up).

We where given 3 brand new focus's, there where no others on the road at the time - 1.8's with Aircon.

We rallied them around a camp-site in the lakes somewhere, and there where big bumps in the floorpans from the rocks we had hit and a broken exhaust and a few other small niggles.

Cant say we managed to break a spring though, what where you doing, and what was her name???
