My mate has one in these in GT spec. The interior is hideous, the build is shocking, its been back to the dealer about 40 times. The ones with paddle shift gears have a gearbox SO bad i found it almost undriveable it made me so angry (she had one as a courtesy car when hers was getting 'repaired' again). Flick to change down, about 5 seconds later it happened. It was infuriating. And the £8k ones don't come with paddle shifters.

Define nippy. Personally I have yet to experience a 1 litre car that isn't one of those funny little Charade Turbo things thats anything other than absolutely woefully slow.

Is that a bubble shaped one? I looked at one of those when the 405 broke :) Was a 1.3 16v S - seemed to be good VFM, but i just couldn't bring myself to be seen in it :)

Yup... a 1.3 LX - looks very mundane, goes like stink when you ask it to, and it doesn't need much persuasion, either.

I had one of them in front of me today - K reg 1.3GLX - with a "for sale" sign in the window. £600 it was, and it looked pretty decent nick. Is that a good price for one with not too many miles and a good service history? And are the GLXs well specced?
