Hot weather startup?

In cool weather my Daewoo Lanos 1.4 starts up first turn of the key and idles ok, but I've noticed when it's a hot day it takes a few spins longer to start and until the engine has warmed up it will idle a bit lumpy. Apart from that it drives ok but I was wondering why it takes longer to start in hot weather.

It may be that the fuel is getting partially vaporised, thus, the engine isn't getting fuel for the first few turns.
