Is this a DIY job?

A few months ago my 2001 Proton Wira was constantly showing its engine warning light and had some replacement parts fitted as a product recall. Everything has been fine until now, when the engine splutters until I wriggle the things on the top of the plugs (injectors?) and all appears fine except that the engine warning light is constantly on. Will new injectors do the trick and is this a DIY job or is it a job for the professionals?

Take it to someone who has a fault code reader (main dealer, independent garage, engine diagnostic expert, etc)
