K reg rover 216sli 13 short flashes on ECU?

Hi all the check engine warning light came on this morning but went off when i turned of the engine and has not come back on so far (25 miles later) but the ecu is flashing 13 short flashes anybody know what this code is for.

Assuming it has the Honda PGM-Fi ECU, the code is for the APS (Atmospheric Pressure Sensor) or APS circuit. Mike.
