Any idea wat the output voltage should be on a maf sensor at idle ,
2500 revs and full throttle on a diesel relay 3 van 120 engineVans started to stall when stopping although runs sweet as a nut once moving , restarts first time .
thanks Steve

Very difficult to say accurately, they're all calibrated differently....
Unplug it. If performance is NO WORSE replace it. Genuine might be expensive but there are alot of cheap copies that will cause more problems than they fix. That's a warning.
*very* broadly on a standard 5v Bosch MAF, I'd be looking for 1v key on, 1.6-2v at idle (but depending on EGR activity if fitted) and 4v at least under WOT at peak torque, with a smooth transition between these points. If it's siemens, pierburg, hitachi then voltages differ.
Given it's a Sofim Citroen or some flavour there-of, id be looking very very closely for crumbly /rubbed wiring.
Tim..
Already had the rubbed wire problem
