s reg mercedes ML320 had a flat battery for a while, battery replaced now car wont start, seems to be more electrical as engine turns over and starts to fire then switches straight off any ideas ?

Immobilizer (flashing engine symbol on dash whilst engine runs or fuel pump relay.check in the under bonnet fuse box for water ingress / corrosion.
