Mondeo Tyre Wear / Is this a suspension problem ?

Thats wrong

i posted a story a couple of weeks back on how i was stopped TAKING 2 friends home and by stopped traffic copcs, went over my car for ages as i had an arguement with one.

on the way HOMe i heard a fffffffffff ffffffffffff fffffffffffff that alterd with speed. i Stopped looked at my tyres and one had wires hanging out, hence the noise and varied at speed.

they noticed nothing wrong and the wires came thru withing about 6 miles, maybe hard to belive but true. Tyre was damn well legal otherwise i would have been done for a bald trye, a egg or some other obvious fault. Seen eggs before, hard to notice if your not looking unless the light catches it or you look close, but this tyre was fine.

Right, the garage checked my sub-frame alignment and found it to be out. They re-aligned this and set tracking etc and HURRAH !!! this sorted the drifting to the left and it drives straight as an arrow now !!!!!!!

So I have also had all FOUR tyres replaced with a beautiful set of Firestones. It handles wonderfull and grips like shit to a shovel.
