My Nissan micra (2002) starts and runs ok until it gets up to temp then it starts to run very rough, I changed the rad last week because it was leaking, but im at a loss to no why it is running rough when hot

If it overheated due to the radiator leak (and previously ran OK), then it may well have a blown head gasket (which leaks worse as it warms up) Is the water level going down still? Have you tried running it with the water filler cap loose? If it runs better with it loose then HG failure is very likely. A garage can do a simple chemical test to see if the head gasket is leaking.
