Now that the cold mornings have arrived we have a very loud rattle when starting from cold, after a few miles it stops; there's no noise restarting when warm. I assume it's a leaky hydraulic tappet, how easy are they to change?

which engine is it?
1.2 litre is all I know.

the 1.2 8 valve doesn't have hydraulic tappets, the 16 valve does but is a lot rarer.
