One of the things about usenet and the internet in general is that people say much more from behind the security of anonymity than they ever would face to face. So the loonies eventually reveal their true colours because they just can't help themselves. There are a well established bunch of nutcases in uk.legal and Sir Tony ranks high on the list in the car groups. I have him killfiled but of course that doesn't stop me seeing the replies. Best to ignore him and hopefully eventually he'll go away.
